We are happy to share that Dr Habiba Khalid has joined the Circular Agriculture and Biotechnology (CircAB) Research Group at CABR as a Senior Research Scientist, specialising in environmental science, anaerobic digestion, bioenergy recovery, and microbial bioprocessing for sustainable fuel production.
Dr Khalid completed her PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering at Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT), China, where her research focused on the conversion of organic waste into bioenergy through anaerobic digestion.
She also holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. Prior to joining CABR, Dr Khalid worked as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Poland.
