the Centre for Applied Bioscience Research possesses the Luminex 200 System instrument, a state-of-the-art multiplexing piece of equipment (funded by Enterprise Ireland), available at the Centre for Applied Bioscience Research for industry collaborations.

This equipment is applied in many sectors, including pharmaceutical research, clinical diagnostics, and biotechnology, and helps advance drug discovery, diagnostic testing, and biomedical research.
