CABR Researchers Participate in Research Impact Workshop

CABR researchers had the opportunity to participate in the “Understanding Impact” workshop delivered by Robert Ludgate, Research Impact Co-ordinator at MTU Research Office. 

The workshop explored how to articulate and evidence the impact of research work on society, covering key areas including stakeholder engagement strategies, and risk assessment for research impact communication. 

Key takeaways included understanding different levels of stakeholder engagement, from informing through to collaborating and empowering stakeholders, and the importance of flexibility in research impact planning.
