Another successful CABR research colloquium took place on 23 September 2026 at MTU Kerry. The event brought together the CABR research team to share and discuss the latest research updates from across CABR laboratories.

Topics presented during the event covered sustainable farming and soil health as part of the CirCoVal project, nutrient management within the NPower project, New Approach Methodologies (NAMs), seaweed bioactives, biofilm research, food sidestream valorisation as part of the CircleBio-P project, Operational Groups within the BBioNets project, and what COST Actions are and why researchers should participate in them. 

The presentations showcased a variety of industry-collaborative research and publicly funded projects currently underway at CABR.
